Feta Roast Chicken Breasts 
A tangy, savoury feta cheese filling is stuffed under the skin of chicken breasts seasoned with lemon, fresh herbs, and spices | served with roasted seasonal vegetables


Garlic Butter Creamed Corn Chicken 
Pan-seared chicken breasts served with fresh corn creamed with heavy cream, white wine, bacon, fresh thyme, and Parmigiano Reggiano | herb smashed baby red potatoes


Chicken Tarragon with White Wine Cream Sauce 
Skinless, boneless chicken breasts are seared, then simmered in a delectable cream sauce with white wine, mushrooms, shallots, garlic, and fresh tarragon | herb butter sautéed seasonal vegetables

Al dente manicotti pasta is filled with a spinach, goat cheese, and ricotta filling, baked in a roasted red pepper tomato sauce | romaine salad with creamy lemon dressing
